Shipping Policy

Daveluno currently ships to addresses in the United States. Orders are prepared within 5–10 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated at 10–15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, customs, or other conditions outside our control.

Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $50 and free for orders of $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99 where available; the checkout will show the available option.

We will send order and tracking information to the email provided at checkout when available. Please contact service@daveluno.com if an order appears delayed or an address needs attention. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. We cannot guarantee rerouting after an order has shipped.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check around the delivery location and with household members or the carrier, then contact us. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
