Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing service@daveluno.com with your order number and reason. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, except where the item is defective or applicable law provides otherwise.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage. We will confirm the return destination after approval; our business address is Room 307, No. 6, Changping Tangjiao Road, Changping Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Please do not mail a return before receiving authorization.

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Original shipping fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at service@daveluno.com with your order number and photos so we can review and offer an appropriate remedy. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
