Order records and resolving a question
Keep your order confirmation, item description and correspondence so that a question can be connected to the correct purchase. When contacting us, identify the order and the outcome you are requesting. Please avoid sending payment passwords, full card details or unrelated personal documents. We may ask for information reasonably needed to identify the order or understand a product issue, and will explain the purpose of a request. Contacting support does not remove any independent remedy available under mandatory law.
If dispatch is delayed
If we cannot dispatch within the applicable promised time, we will provide the notice and choices required by applicable law, including the opportunity to consent to a delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. An estimated transit date does not replace that obligation. We will communicate a revised dispatch estimate when available.
